I’m so excited for Halloween this year because we have a brand new playhouse for the kids that I cannot wait to transform into a haunted Halloween playhouse for them! Do I think my one-year-old will pull down all the decorations? Absolutely. But it is a risk I am willing to take. Especially because I plan on getting all my Halloween decor from the one and only: Dollar Store.
My 3-year-old loved it when I lightly decorated his playhouse last year for Halloween. I say “lightly” because by the time I got the idea to decorate for Halloween the Dollar Store was WIPED OUT. I went towards the end of September, which totally boggled my mind. By October, when I stopped by for a second time they had Christmas decor instead. Needless to say, this August I will be driving by daily to see when the decor hits the shelves.
