Have you ever needed a vacation to recover from a vacation? This is me currently. Don’t get me wrong, our beach vacation last week was a lot of fun, but oh-so exhausting. With a constant eye and hand on two little ones at the beach and all other fun activities (we’re still endlessly hearing about riding the go-karts), I am physically and mentally drained. Not to mention the baby barely slept a wink.
I don’t blame him. He’s used to his own room, in complete darkness and silence. Sharing a home with twelve other family members was anything but silent. Needless to say, he was more than happy to be back in his own room, snoozing away.
