Feminine Home Office Ideas: Seeing Spots

April 26, 2020

I don’t know about you, but when my working environment looks good, it helps me be more productive. I am always, always, always, more productive when I work at my desk rather than the couch. Although, the couch can be way more fun — but wayyy more distracting! With so many of us working from home, we’re starting to want our space to look and feel better to help us be more productive. Plus anyone who isn’t home alone knows an office is more than necessary at times — you just need a space where you can have a moment to think straight!

Today I am sharing with you a few GORGEOUS home office ideas to help get you inspired to create a productive space of your own. For today’s theme: seeing spots! I’ve laid out a few ideas on how to incorporate spots (aka animal prints) into your home office in a glam and sophisticated way. Enjoy!

Spots on the Desk

Create a playful statement piece with a spotted desk, or really, any pattern your heart desires. How could you not absolutely love this lively spotted desk from A Beautiful Mess?

Spots on the Wall

This home office by Money Can Buy Lipstick is seriously so chic! The fun cheetah spots wall stencil, rose gold accessories, and dark rose velvet chair create a trendy and elegant home office space.

Spots on the Floor

The stunning white and gold desk (does anyone else get major Gatsby vibes from this?) with white and gold accessories create a dramatically chic pairing with the cheetah area rug.

Spots on the Decor

Animal print lampshades are the perfect addition to this bright and beautiful home office. Pure white with mint accents found on the chair, around the windows, and along the ceiling crown molding (how gorgeous is that?) set the perfect tone for this modern home office.

Spots on the Chair

Subtly add spots with an animal print pillow or throw on your desk chair. I also love how Sarah Pezeshki added the same print to wall art, perfectly tying this stylish home office together.

Thanks for stopping by! Although I always take the time to research photos to the best of my ability, sometimes I cannot find the original owner. If I have mistagged a photo and it belongs to you please email me with a link to your photo so I can give proper credit.

As a serial highlighter and tabber, this book would have been ABSOLUTELY COVERED in little tabs if it was a physical copy. My Kindle highlights will have to suffice until pub day (June 2027) because I have so many thoughts.

the ghosts, the art, the wasps, the homewrecking…

This book was strange, sad, funny, beautifully unsettling, and somehow incredibly comforting all at once… and I loved it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My full review ⚠️with spoilers ⚠️ is up on the blog!

Thank you @netgalley @spiegelandgrau @beckymandelbaum for this amazing ARC!
